Meet The Founder

Annie Evans didn’t just create a skincare and waxing boutique—she crafted a sanctuary where clients feel celebrated, empowered, and genuinely cared for. With over 20 years as an esthetician and a knack for creating spaces that feel welcoming and authentic, Annie has grown Spruce from a one-room studio into a thriving two-location business with a team of over 20 women.

But it’s not just about growth. Annie’s commitment to building a place where her clients and team feel at home is at the heart of Spruce. Known for her grounded leadership and ability to create a true “vibe,” Annie brings warmth, joy, and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs into every facet of the business. She’s not one for flashy trends; instead, she’s about substance—honoring each client’s unique beauty and well-being through high-quality, thoughtful services. Annie’s approach is simple: be well-maintained, be yourself, and enjoy the journey.

When she’s not at Spruce, you’ll find Annie with her children, Maebel and Murphy, or jetting off to recharge, iced Americano in hand. From her roller derby days to embracing the role of a mentor for other business owners, Annie’s story is about saying “yes” to the growth, challenges, and connections that make life meaningful.
