Cancelation Policy.

We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If you late cancel or no-show an appointment once, a credit card will be required to schedule any future appointments with us. If there is another incident of late canceling, rescheduling, or a no-show, the card will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services scheduled. Subsequent no shows or late cancels will be charged at 100% of the service This includes late changes to remove scheduled services.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your first appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out paperwork, if you are a new client, smell the candles, look around, and start your appointment relaxed. Please remember, we work by appointment only and try to keep as busy as possible. Therefore if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, there is a high probability that we will have to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your consideration.
